Mike Justice is the proud owner of Bill's Cars and Trucks in Griffin, Georgia, where he has been dedicated to the family business since 2005. Growing up in the used car industry, Mike was introduced to the world of automobiles at an early age. At just 13 years old, he began detailing vehicles for his father, Bill, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for helping customers find the right vehicle.

A graduate of the University of Alabama in 1990, Mike has combined his education with hands-on experience to bring a customer-first approach to the dealership. His commitment to excellence and integrity has not only helped the business thrive, but has also ensured that it remains a trusted name in the community.

Outside of work, Mike is a devoted father to two children: Michaela, 29, who is married, and Jarrett, 25, who is also married. Both Michaela and Jarrett contributed to the dealership during their younger years, gaining valuable experience before starting their own families and moving out of town.

With deep roots in Griffin and a strong commitment to his family and business, Mike Justice continues to uphold the values instilled in him by his father, ensuring that Bill's Cars and Trucks remains a staple in the community for years to come.

Phyllis Justice

Phyllis Justice is a dedicated member of the Griffin community, where she has resided for over 30 years. A retired school teacher with more than three decades of experience, she has made a lasting impact on the lives of her students and their families. Originally hailing from the Wiregrass area of Ashford, Alabama, Phyllis is the eldest daughter of a lifelong peanut farmer, a background that instilled in her a strong work ethic and appreciation for the agricultural roots of her upbringing.

A loving widow to her late husband, Bill, Phyllis is proud to be the mother of her son, Mike. In her pursuit of happiness, she has found love again and is now married to Larry Brindley, a respected member of the High Falls community. Together, they enjoy participating in local activities, including Larry's involvement in the Moose Club in Forsyth and Griffin, where they both embrace the spirit of community service and camaraderie.

Phyllis’s commitment to education, her deep family ties, and her community engagement exemplify the best qualities of a devoted resident, making her a cherished member of the Griffin area.

Nancy is the dedicated Office Manager at Bill’s Cars & Trucks Inc, where she has been an integral part of the team for nearly ten years. In her role, she expertly manages both back-office operations and customer service, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while providing a friendly and efficient experience for customers.

Her journey in the automotive industry began at Allan Vigil Ford, where she started as a receptionist and quickly advanced to the title department. This initial experience ignited her passion for the business, teaching her the importance of efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Over the years, Nancy has developed a broad range of experience. She has worked with a restoration company processing claims and dispatching, served as a Title Administrator at The Southern Credit Union, and even sold real estate part-time. Additionally, as a Benefits Coordinator for Insurance Brokers of Georgia, she honed her organizational and interpersonal skills, which she utilizes daily in her current position.

At Bill’s Cars & Trucks Inc, Nancy takes pride in being part of a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and community. She finds great fulfillment in helping customers find reliable vehicles and strives to create a straightforward and enjoyable car-buying experience for every client.
